Over the last ten months, I ran hundreds of consulting calls with job seekers — and one thing stunned me every time. Senior professionals, 10+ years in, technically excellent, still believed their resume went straight from a career page to a hiring manager's desk. For over two decades, I sat on the other side of the table — building and staffing delivery teams for Fortune 500 clients including Baxter, Morgan Stanley, Intuit, Daimler, and Mercedes-Benz. When Baxter signed its MSA to set up its India GCC in Bangalore, I was part of the founding team at KPIT Cummins there from the very first hire.
